WTW has announced the appointment of Michelle Cui as director of actuarial property and casualty at its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ITC) business. In her new role, Cui will be responsible for continuing the development of the company’s P&C product and service offerings while also serving clients.”
Cui joins WTW from Zurich North America, where she served as vice president and actuarial director. She has also held actuarial and leadership roles at the American Association of Insurance Services and Allstate Insurance Company, specializing in pricing, predictive analytics, and product development for commercial and personal lines.

“Michelle’s extensive industry knowledge makes her an excellent addition to our team,” said Katey Walker, property-casualty sales practice leader at WTW. “She brings an innovative perspective to the role, and I am confident that she will bring significant value with her expertise in predictive analytics, advisory and product development for both personal and commercial lines.”
Cui is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She will be based in Chicago and will report to Jeff Van Kley, senior director.
