Tori Roloff is once again being applauded for keeping it real.

About something really personal.

And, unfortunately, really painful.

The Little People, Big World star gave birth to her third child — a son named Josiah — on April 30, 2022 and is still in the process of breastfeeding the baby.

As she has done with her previous two kids (son Jackson and daughter Lilah), the mother of three has been keeping social media followers well apprised of Josiah’s progress.

Along with her own.

On Wednesday, Tori shared a few photos of herself breastfeeding Josiah, letting fans know with text over the snapshots that she was struggling a bit in this regard.

“Trying really hard not to get mastitis,” Tori wrote via an Instagram story. “I have a clogged duct and feel terrible!”

For those unaware, mastitis is a painful infection of a breast tissue and it typically occurs within the first three months of breastfeeding.

Back in 2018, sister-in-law Audrey Roloff opened up about her VERY challenging experience with this kind of infection.

“I fed 15 hours of my day and it hurt and was so hard,” Audrey wrote back then, adding that she suffered through a lot of “blistering and bruising.”

Ouch, huh?!?

To be clear, Tori emphasized that did NOT have mastitis… just a clogged duct.

It hurts, but the pain is hopefully temporary, Roloff said.

“In the meantime I’m soaking in these snuggles,” she added.

Noting in a follow-up Story that this is “the first time it’s happened with Josiah,” Tori explained:

“I’ve never actually gotten mastitis but when I get a clogged duct it knocks me out.”

The veteran reality star also shared some advice with her followers after getting a lot of questions on how to prevent this condition.

“This is what I do: Take sunflower lecithin asap. Nurse as much as possible. Advil. Rest. Hot shower. Warm compress,” she wrote, continuing as follows:

“Mine usually resolves itself in 24 hours.

“Thank goodness we had today off!”

In yet another photograph, Tori said many of her followers recommended another solution.

“Tons have suggested epsom salt and hot water in a hakaa,” she said. “As soon as I get the energy I’m trying that!!”

“Will report back,” Roloff concluded.

Back in late May, meanwhile, Tori confirmed that Josiah was born with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism.

It’s the same form that Zach, Matt and Amy Roloff were born with, as well.

“He’s Josiah. He has achondroplasia, but he’s not, like, Josiah the achondroplasia,” Zach told Us Weekly late this spring, emphasizing that they won’t let their son define himself by this condition.

It’s just one trait of his.

“Just like I’m Tori, I have brown hair,” Tori told Us.

“I’m not a brunette — like, that’s not how I would classify myself.”
