The foodie starts by whisking an egg and cooking it on a hot fry pan in a burger-sized shape.

She then layers leftover rice, tuna mixed with mayonnaise, sliced avocado and cooked egg onto a sheet of seaweed.

Bec cuts another sheet of seaweed in half, placed a half on top of her burger and folds it up to make a neat package.

To keep it all together, the fitness coach then wraps the burger tightly in aluminium foil and places it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
