Arizona GOP candidate quits after cops ‘caught him MASTURBATING outside a preschool’

An Arizona Republican running for a seat on a local college district governing board has dropped out of the race after police caught him allegedly masturbating in the parking lot of a preschool.

Randy Kaufman was arrested on October 4 in Surprise, Arizona, after police found him fondling himself in his car while parked in the lot of Rio Salado College – one of the colleges he was running to represent – in full view of Wirtzie’s Preschool.

A police report notes that several children were playing on the playground outside the school.

Kaufman seemed to fess up to cops on the spot, explaining he ‘f***ed up,’ and didn’t realize where he was parked.

The Republican suspended his campaign for the Maricopa County Community College Governing Board on Tuesday after news reports of his arrest began to circulate, according to the New York Post.

Officers found Kaufman seated in his car with his pants around his thighs, ‘manipulating his genitals in a masturbatory manner,’ according to the police report.

When the officer on scene approached Kaufman he said ‘seriously?’ to which the hopeful politician began his explanation.

‘I’m sorry,’ he allegedly said to the officer. ‘I f***ked up. I’m really stressed.’ 

Kaufman said he had been at a store buying rebar when he was overcome with stress that he needed to let out.

He allegedly parked up and watched ‘interracial porn’ in the seat of his Ford pickup truck outside the preschool.

He said he had been so stressed that he didn’t realize where he had pulled into.

Kaufman told the officer he was retired but had worked for the Department of Corrections for 27 years.

Asked whether masturbating in pre-school was something he had done before, Kaufman said no, and reiterated multiple times that he had ‘f***ked up.’

He also explained to the officer that he was familiar with the police, and noted that he was running for office.

‘Can I say something off the record?’ Kaufman said. ‘I know officer Jim Hill; He works with you guys … and … I’m running for the Governing Board for the colleges. I didn’t even know this was one of your sites but now I see the signs all over the parking lot.’
