The Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), a nonprofit educational organization formed by private risk management and insurance industry professionals, has announced the appointment of Diane Delaney (pictured) as its new executive director.
Delaney is joining PRMA after 16 years at AIG, where she most recently served as the head of sales training and events. She also oversaw AIG Private Client Group’s high net worth sales school PCG-University and has led numerous academic insight sessions for PRMA members.
“I’m honored to serve as executive director and look forward to helping PRMA expand its educational offerings, increase chapter outreach and grow its membership,” said Delaney. “Our goal remains to empower, elevate and educate our community so that we may offer the best solutions to the clients we serve.”
Delaney will serve alongside an 18-member board of volunteers committed to PRMA’s mission. She succeeds Lisa Linsday, who has been at the helm of PRMA since 2015. Lindsay played a key role in the establishment of the organization and the development of the Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) certificate, a specialized online certification program for high net worth industry professionals.

She’s committed to leading from the future, and her dedication to educating professionals in the industry makes her an excellent choice.”
In addition to Delaney’s appointment, the PRMA board named Bryant Kolle as president-elect. Kolle is the senior manager of agency sales with Hagerty and is set to succeed Jason Ott, president of Aon Risk Management, in 2023. The board also elected Gary Pasternack, a founding trustee who is the head of insurance advisory at Bessemer Trust, as board member emeritus.
