Three people were critically injured when a yellow taxi jumped the curb and struck several pedestrians in Manhattan on Monday.
It happened just before 1 p.m. at 1186 Broadway near West 29th Street.
Police say the taxi SUV was traveling southbound on Broadway when it jumped the curb, striking several people before crashing into the building.
Three people were transported to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the taxi cab remained at the scene with non life-threatening injuries.

The Emergency Management department advised people to expect traffic delays, road closures and emergency personnel near Broadway and West 29th Street, Manhattan.
