Kyle Rittenhouse has started a YouTube channel devoted to his love of guns and the Second Amendment.

The Kenosha shooter shared his first video Sunday, telling fans he is ‘super excited’ to create content ‘about guns and talking the 2nd amendment.’

In a 35-second teaser trailer for the channel, he appears alongside a fellow gun-rights advocate to promote ‘great content’ to come from his channel.

In the channel’s bio, the 19-year-old doesn’t shy away from mentioning his controversial past.

‘You might remember me as the kid who defended himself with a firearm during the 2020 riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin,’ Rittenhouse wrote.

In one short snippet, Rittenhouse appears to use a handgun to shoot at targets just feet in front of him while donning a ‘don’t tread on me’ tee shirt.

‘Thank you guys so much for continuing to support me, and I’ll see you guys in the videos to come,’ Rittenhouse says to end the video.

In his bio on the video app, the acquitted teenager says that his goal in starting the channel is to become an expert on the topic of guns.

‘Join me in my journey to learn everything I can about new and vintage firearms and help to defend the Second Amendment, the bio states.

Within hours of launching his video, the teenager had racked up nearly 40,000 new subscribers.

The 19-year-old in his first video invited Brandon Herrera, better known as ‘The AK Guy‘ to help him with his first post.

Herrera, a conservative content creator with more than two million followers, also posted a video with Rittenhouse, titled ‘The AK Guy and The Kenosha Kid.’

The nearly 19 minute video posted to Herrera’s YouTube page feature the two talking about communists, his first post-jail meal, and his legal troubles even after the trial.

‘It’s been hard,’ Rittenhouse says. ‘I still have legal bills to pay, I’m still paying lawyers to help defend myself.’

Herrera and Rittenhouse also look at memes and joking social media posts that stemmed from photos from the trail where the 19-year-old shooter was found not guilty.

The National Association for Gun Rights also posted footage of the two, shooting machine guns out of a helicopter.

That video has amassed 196,000 views since it premiered on October 12. The teenager shot and killed two people and injured a third.

In November of 2021, Rittenhouse was acquitted on murder charges related to the deaths of Joseph Rosenbaum of Kenosha and Anthony Huber of Silver Lake.

The teenager had also been charged with shooting Gaige Grosskreutz.

After being found not guilty by a jury, Rittenhouse became a celebrity of sorts among the political right as a gun rights advocate.

Just recently, the teenager appeared at an event organized by Turning Point USA, an group whose ‘mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government.’

After his acquittal, Rittenhouse was also invited on right-leaning television programs and stations, and even had the chance to meet former President Donald Trump.
