Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has announced the appointment of Kelli Morash (pictured above) as executive vice president in North America.
Morash will be based in Dallas. In her new role as part of the newly established North American sales vertical, she will help drive new business growth by drawing on resources across Gallagher’s various business segments, analytic offerings and branch offices, Gallagher Re said.
Morash has more than 30 years of insurance and reinsurance experience. She joins Gallagher from Asurion, one of the world’s largest administrators of mobile phone insurance and extended warranty contracts, where she was vice president of underwriting for six years. Prior to Asurion, Morash served as a partner at TigerRisk, where she focused on property catastrophe reinsurance clients. She has also held roles at Aon Benfield, Partner Re and Chubb.
