Fetty, real name Willie Junior Maxwell II, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances last October and is currently awaiting trial after being released on bond days later.

His ankle monitoring device – one of the conditions of his release – was visible as he went for a dip in the ocean with a female friend.

Fetty was very nice and courteous to the hotel beach staff and fans and even played beach football with fans, one person who saw the pair told DailyMail.com.

They was later seen collecting their belongings before returning to his hotel room.

The Trap Queen hitmaker, who is originally from New Jersey, was in town for an appearance at STORY Nightclub, in Miami Beach, the previous night.

The rap star appears to be keeping busy and continuing to book performances despite his legal troubles.

Just last month Fetty revealed he was involved in a scary in-flight incident after the plane in which he was traveling experienced mechanical issues following his concert in Charleston, South Carolina.

Fetty took to Instagram to share a photo in which he was seen seated on the dark plane with the caption: ‘Plane just lost power …. Wtf is going on bro.’

He then shared another post hours later to update his 7.4 million followers on the frightening ordeal.

‘Yo, we got the f*** off that plane and got on another plane, cause that s*** was scary,’ the 679 artist said.

When a fellow passenger noted that he had never previously experienced a power outage on an aircraft, Fetty Wap said, ‘Me neither.’

The My Way rapper is dealing with legal issues following his release from custody on November 5 after posting $500,000 bond.

Days earlier, Fetty was arrested by FBI agents at the Rolling Loud music festival at Citi Field in Queens, New York in connection with allegations he conspired to import drugs such as heroin and fentanyl into the New York City area.

He and five others – including a New Jersey correctional officer – are accused of operating a drug ring with a conspiracy to sell the drugs at the festival.

The group allegedly ran a multimillion-dollar drug operation and moved more than 100 kilos of opioids and fentanyl from the West Coast to the East Coast, selling it across Long Island and New Jersey, officials said.
