Vera Wang has shocked her fans with her age-defying looks after showing off her incredibly youthful appearance in a series of snaps taken at her 73rd birthday party.
The fashion designer turned 73 on Monday, June 27, and she chose to ring in her birthday with a pink-themed karaoke party in New York City – which she later documented on her Instagram account.
But while Wang’s birthday party was certainly lavish, it was her ageless looks that her followers couldn’t help but swoon over, with one commenting on the post: ‘Dang girl what’s your ageless secret!’

The star has previously told People that she partook in very ‘sporadic’ exercise now, but attributed her toned physique to ‘muscle memory’ after years of being an elite athlete.
‘I was a competitive figure skater in the United States and a dancer at Balanchine School of American Ballet… it sort of stays with you,’ she said.
‘Sleep is key… I don’t think I could exist if I wasn’t able to sleep… and certainly vodka.
The business women revealed in an interview with BBC 100 Women that she never thought of ‘going way out of my way’ to preserve her youth ‘in a fanatical, obsessive way’.
She also said she finds ageism ‘so old-fashioned’, because in life ‘you have to try and continue to grow in one way or another’.

‘I live alone, obviously,’ she explained. ‘And so those photos were taken during quarantine as kind of a laugh, but also a real refusal to give up.
‘I had a collection to promote with no models, no photographer, no hair, no makeup… But I was in Miami, and you know, you cannot beat Miami sunlight at 5 P.M. It is goddamn gold, you know what I mean? You could be Jack the Ripper in front of it and he would look good…

The fashion designer has been working in the industry for decades, having started her career as an editor at Vogue in 1970 when she graduated from Sarah Lawrence.
From there, Vera moved to a role at Ralph Lauren, where she remained for two years, until leaving to found her bridal brand at the age of 40.
Since then she has expanded her offering to include non-bridal designs, while also creating wedding dresses for a host of celebrities, including Sarah Michelle Gellar, Alicia Keys, Hilary Duff, and Khloe Kardashian.
