Back in January, Farrah Abraham was arrested following an altercation with a security guard at an LA nightclub.

A few weeks ago, Farrah was charged with battery of a security officer, which could land her in jail for up to a year.

For months, Abraham had been portraying herself as the victim in this situation.

And while no one really believed her, she did have video of herself being handcuffed and pinned to the ground to back up her claim.

You Can't Just Magically Be a Governor, Though...

(Granted, even in that footage, Farrah still appeared drunk and unruly, but it was better than nothing!)

Now, Farrah is dealing with a major PR crisis.

Not only has she been charged with assault, she’s been charged with assaulting a peace officer.

As far as the state of California is concerned, she might as well have smacked a cop.

It won’t look good in court, and it doesn’t bode well for her future career aspirations.

(Farrah is a MAGA conservative with dreams of one day becoming a lawyer.)

So Ms. Abraham is doing what she always does when she finds herself in a bind:

She’s denying everything!

Yes, as The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reports, Farrah posted an Instagram Story in which she flat-out refutes an In Touch report that accurately described the charges against her.

“This is false. We all saw and know a security guard conspired an attack on me. I do not touch people.” Farrah wrote.

“@InTouchWeekly this is defamation and false information. Take it down. Do you have the camera footage?”

Okay, even if everything that Farrah is saying were true (it’s not), it wouldn’t be defamation for In Touch to report that she’s been charged with battery — because that’s just an objective fact.

In later posts, Farrah explained that she won’t be in court, as it’s not safe for her to be in California for some reason.

“For my safety I will not be in California,” she wrote.

“My lawyers will be as I’ve moved for my safety. This is public knowledge FA.”

Alongside a photo of herself dressed as a cowgirl, Farrah explained her stance in greater detail, writing:

“The injustices I face help me become A better advocate in law to help the innocent who are battered and treated as criminals like myself.

“I look forward to sharing in my comedy specials and advocating in public affairs and law. Farrah Abraham”

Abraham then posted a statement from her lawyer, which she amended with the following nonsensical remarks:

“Legal Notice. I will not further be Harassed about the horrific batterment clearly seen on video and photos, my doctors having to rehabilitate myself from illegal activities by security staff abusing their uniforms and attacking me off property against my will.

“For my mental state I will be engaging further per my doctors orders as I had to move and go to a trauma center from this.”

She Won't Ever Be President, Though

Farrah added:

“Maybe the people who battered me should be in prison one year and their paying the fine plus all the trauma & doctors and relocation fees…I’m happy real criminals can be put on notice from a person attacked and innocent.

“What an insane place California is I’ve had enough of false news and trauma the world needs to change and care for people’s mental health associated with attacks and injustices this news contributes to trauma!”

But whether Farrah shows up in court or not, this matter will eventually be decided in front of a judge.

And something tells us the legal battle will not go well for out favorite aspiring attorney!
