No Kody Brown?
No problem for Christine Brown, she just made that quite evident once again.
Over this past weekend, the veteran Sister Wives cast member took off for Disneyland with her mother, Annie, and daughters Ysabel and Truely.
She documented the adventure on Instagram, too.
“Magical vacation with my mom, @ysabelpaigebrown and @truelygracebrown,” wrote Christine as a caption to the snapshots above and below.
She added the hashtags #vacation #disneyland #californiaadventure #universalstudios #amazing #muchneeded.
Christine, of course, announced in November that she had left her spiritual spouse — and then moved back to her native state of Utah shortly afterward.
“After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” Brown wrote at the time, taking social media followers by surprise.
She added:
“We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.”
Ever since this confirmation, Christine has taken full advantage of her single life, along with the rekindled relationship she has with her children.
Heck, this wasn’t even the first time Christine visited Disney, having also vacationed at The Happiest Place on Earth in March.
At various times, meanwhile, Christine has provided fans with an update on her life, nearly always gushing over her decision to walk away from an unhealthy marriage.
“Thank you for supporting me with leaving Kody, the decision was a long time coming and I feel like a much better person divorced than I ever did,” Christine told a fan just a week after making her above announcement.
“Life is so great. Like, I had no idea life could be simple.
“I had no idea it could be simple.”
In January, Christine confessed that it took her a very long time to get up the courage to make this monumental life move.
She waited months and months after Kody stopped sleeping with her, and she needed a pep talk from her mother to finally make up her mind.
“She was saying you have to listen to your heart and make a decision based on joy,” Christine explained back then of her mom’s sage words of wisdom.
“But listen to your heart and really go deep into who you are as a person and then make that decision.”
With that decision made, Christine clearly isn’t looking back.
And Kody never seemed to really care.
“We enjoyed many years together and I have a large amount of respect and admiration for her,” Kody said last fall in response to getting dumped.
“Although we are moving forward on different paths, we will always remain committed parents.”
