American Simone Biles continued her impressive return after a two-year break by winning women’s all-around gold at the World Gymnastics Championships in Belgium.

The 26-year-old helped the United States win a record seventh consecutive team title earlier this week.

She followed that up by taking gold on Friday with a score of 58.399 points, finishing ahead of defending champion Rebeca Andrade of Brazil (56.766).

It is Biles’ 21st world title.

She has returned to international competition in Antwerp for the first time since taking a break from the sport in 2021 to work on her mental health.
