Crazy costumes. Wild nights out. And some major inter-departmental drama.

It’s safe to say Captain Sandy Yawn will have her hands full on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7.

“This is my first time ever in Malta. This season for me, it’s a new place [and] a new boat with new department heads,” Yawn says in an extended trailer that premiered on Tuesday.

“Challenge accepted.”

On Season 7, Raygan Tyler will take over for Malia White, while this newcomer will be be joined by season 6 alum Mzi “Zee” Dempers, Storm Smith and Jason Gaskell.

According to the official Bravo synopsis, meanwhile, the captain’s attempts to bring in new department heads may prove to be the wrong choice when “surprising friction in the galley intensifies between the Chief Stew and Chef, who came onto the boat as colleagues and friends.

“The deck team will be facing “an uphill battle” when a crew member “is unable to adapt to the high demands” which forces others to pick up the slack.

Season 7 of Below Deck Mediterranean returns to Bravo with a gigantic, supersizedd premiere on Monday, July 11, at 8/7c.

New episodes will drop one week early on Peacock beginning Monday, July 4.

Natasha Webb: After serving as a Chief Stew on bigger vessels with more interior support, she must quickly acclimate to a smaller team.

This season, she grapples with setting work-life boundaries.

After personal issues spill out in the department, she sees a lack of respect while others see chaos, bringing her to a decision point about the best path forward to be a strong leader.

Dave White: A Brit with over seven years of experience as Head Chef, he prides himself on plating, flavor and presentation.

White immediately impresses Captain Sandy and sets high expectations to serve food nothing short of exemplary the entire season.

As he struggles to hold on to a shocking secret from his past, emotions bottle up putting his job on thin ice.

:Raygan Tyler: The head of the deck team, you’re looking at Captain Sandy’s second-ever female Bosun.

She’s psyched to work with a female Captain after dealing with frustrations centered around gender equality in the yachting industry.

As the first few charters get off to a rocky start, Tyler quickly finds that leading this deck crew on this type of unfamiliar super yacht is even more challenging than she thought it would be.

Natalya Scudder: A native of Western Australia, she has always been drawn to the water and shhe brings her outgoing and positive personality to the interior team.

Whether she is entertaining the guests or setting stunning tablescapes, Natalya is dedicated to the job.

However, a hot new romance proves to be a big distraction.

Looking for perfection in every aspect of her life, she gets into conflict when she sees things falling apart around her.

Kyle Viljoen: The life of any party he attends.

Previously serving as a Chief Stew on other yachts, this is someone who brings a bevy of experience in the hospitality industry — and has no problem confronting anyone if he’s challenged.

His innate savviness and determination to deliver excellent service has helped him handle the most difficult guests, but things become even more surprising when certain boundaries are crossed.

While he hopes that working hard will lead to the perfect charter season, an astonishing twist threatens to derail everything.

Mzi “Zee” Dempers: Remember him?

Zee is excited to be out of quarantine and back on deck under Captain Sandy’s guidance.

Eager to develop further in his role as a deckhand, Zee quickly realizes working with this group may be more difficult than he thought and must decide what is most important:

Old friend allegiances … or his career growth.

Jason Gaskell: This will mark the deckhand’s his first experience working on a superyacht.

He finds that working with a supervisor and peers may be his biggest battle yet.

Storm Smith: Born and raised in South Africa, Smith actually developed a childhood friendship with Mzi and spent most of his time outdoors at the beach either surfing or fishing.

With an abundance of knowledge from his time on a handful of different boats, he must navigate the exceptionally high standards and demands of the yachting industry.

When he finds himself in the middle of a new romance with a fellow yachtie, he struggles to figure out how to juggle work and play.
